Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using InvoiceGenerator ("we," "us," "our"), the invoicing tool and website found at invoicegenerator.org.uk (the "Service"). By opening or using the Service in any way, you're accepting these Terms; if that doesn't work for you, please don't continue using the Service.
1. What the Service Is
InvoiceGenerator is a UK-focused, browser-based tool for building and downloading invoices, quotes, purchase orders and credit notes, with an optional free account for members who want their documents saved. It's offered on an "as is" basis and doesn't require sign-up for occasional, guest use.
2. Using the Service Responsibly
The Service is for lawful invoicing and related paperwork only. Don't use it to produce fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise unlawful documents, to infringe someone else's rights, or to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service or the systems behind it.
3. No Warranty
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available," without promising it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You're responsible for what you enter and for whether a document you create is accurate, legally valid or tax-compliant — we don't check or vouch for the content of anything you generate.
4. Limits on Our Liability
Where the law allows it, neither InvoiceGenerator nor the people behind it are liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including lost data, revenue or business — arising from your use of the Service.
5. Ownership
The code, design and branding that make up the Service belong to InvoiceGenerator, and shouldn't be copied or redistributed without our permission. Anything you create with your own business content — your invoices, your data — remains yours.
6. Links to Other Sites
Where the Service links out to third-party websites, we don't control and aren't responsible for what those sites contain or how they operate.
7. Changes We Might Make
We can change, pause or shut down the Service, or amend these Terms, at any time and without advance notice. If you keep using the Service after a change, that counts as accepting the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under the law generally applicable to this Service, and any dispute is handled under that same framework.
